Comfort Suites Houston near Medical Center- NRG Stadium

To Comforts Suites, I have been a guest at your hotel for the past 11 years while receiving treatment at M.D Anderson Cancer Center. During that time, I have truly appreciated the excellent services and the kindness of your staff. Their professionalism and warm hospitality have made each stay comfortable and welcoming. I've included a photo of myself with some of your team members, who have always gone above and beyond. My family and I also look forward to staying at Comfort Suites when we come to town for home games of the Houston Texans. Thank you for your continued hospitality and for a job well done. Very disappointing in this Choice hotel. We had no hot water, the shower dripped all night long, and the charge $100 deposit, which is bizarre. The front desk is rude and lazy ! They could care less.

It was quite clear upon our arrival the staff at the Comfort Suites Houston near Medical Center - NRG Stadium were all very friendly and kind, in addition to the hotel being very clean. I can't mention the cleanliness of the hotel too much since it seems it is a rarity these days. We ate the complimentary breakfast every morning, and although good might I suggest some country gravy with sausage pieces to go with the biscuits at least every other morning. Thank you very much for your kindness, thoroughness and again cleanliness. See y'all next time! Oh yeah, one other thing. We were very pleased with the secure parking so we didn't lose any sleep at night over that.

So don’t let the outside scare you away. It almost did me. Yes, the outside needs work but the inside was definitely a four star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience. The lobby had a clean welcoming aroma. It had a beautiful Christmas tree. Yes, my stay was in December. The front desk guy was very helpful. Our room was clean and smelled great. There were cameras all around the building and a fenced secure parking area. Don’t get my review mixed up this is definitely not a big name 5 star facility. But we needed a room close to the hospital for one night and this place seriously surprised me. I would stay here again and I would recommend it. Thank you for a great experience. This hotel was was nice and clean. Our room was clean, spacious and welcoming. I didn't care too much for the bed mattress, too firm for my liking. The pillows were flat and somewhat small. The toilet flushes well, but is pretty loud,lol. But the hallways were really quiet, so we got some peace and had a nice stay.
