Comfort Suites Fort Pierce I-95

The motel is located near several others so the area seemed safe enough. Upon arrival a shoeless man on a wheelchair scooter was sitting directly outside the door smoking. We got our key and went to our daughter’s house for a visit. When we came back our key would not work in the door. We had to go back down and get the front desk man. He had to fiddle with the door knob and then had to push his whole body into the door to get it to be unstuck. One key would not work at all. The visit was okay. The door’s safety latch was disabled which made me feel a bit unsafe. The elevator was very shaky and made awful noises and clanks at floor 3. We were on floor 4. The button had to be held and wiggled each time to get the elevator to come up each time. At checkout, we went down and got the cart, we

This hotel is a great location to stop at. It was very clean. Room with king size bed was very big and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast included hot eggs and sausages, among other delights. Personnel were friendly and polite. We enjoyed our one night stay and will return when cruising out of Fort Lauderdale.

Room was adequate and seemed clean. Desk top was in disrepair but usable. Wifi was horrible. Breakfast was warm but was not on time and was not enough for all guests. Location is not bad, but a lot of trucks park on the access roads making travel a little frustrating at times. Front desk clerk seemed more interested in her phone than checking people in.

Positive: Location Negative: Roaches in room- 4 of them. Killed 3. Wife doesn’t like bugs, elevator sounded like it was gonna break any minute

Although the ad said they had heated pool and Hot tub and they didn't but I give 5 stars because the staff was amazing they made checking in and out so easy. The location was perfect they were kind courteous and professional. Great complimentary breakfast room was clean and spacious. It was a great experience. So I will definitely stay there again
