Comfort Suites Denver International Airport

What do the rooms look like? Here ya go! After our flight was pushed back 17 hours, the airline put us up in a hotel. The front desk was friendly, quick, and efficient with handling many last minute, late night check-ins. The had a box of toiletries ready to go on the counter, as many guests were without their luggage. They also made sure we were prescheduled for a next morning shuttle back to the airport. Well done Comfort Suites! The free breakfast was great, too!

Hotel charged me for a night that I was in Gillette Wy at a Candlewood suites. Someone made a reservation under my name but the hotel would not do anything about it. I tried showing them my receipt where I was, tried to talk to the Manager which I am still waiting to get a call back from, Melissa supposedly, and nothing. Been trying for 8 days to reach someone. Front desk just hangs up on me saying I made the reservation. I checked in on the 20th and out on the 21st. They are saying I checked in on the 19th and out on the 20th and then checked in on the 20th and out on the 21st. Never happened since I wasnt even in the state. Do not trust this hotel!!!!!! I will update if they make things right.

Fire alarm went off and stayed on for what seemed like forever. Cause was those laying carpet down and for some reason they smoked out the hallway. Was forced to stay outside in cold and windy weather until all clear was given by fire department. They seem to have zero interested hearing from me where source was coming from as I seen the workers trying to clear up smoke. Also what is the real reason why you charged me $10 a day to park in your lot? Was it because of the Tesla chargers that are sitting there? If so, charge Tesla and not the customers. This unheard of to charge a guest to park in the parking lot. You charged a heck of a lot for the room and to tack on $50 just to park is insane. This isn't Las Vegas were you are strong armed into a resort fee and when tower you want

We ended up getting stuck in Denver and stayed here before next flight. As someone who’s been in hospitality for 5 years, I was very impressed! The room was clean, breakfast was good, and every interaction I had with the Front Desk was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel!

I faced some complications. But in honesty they were standard issues solo travellers face and it is unclear if it was staff or other clients. So just stay diligent. Be aware that cellular service in this building is pretty poor which can lead to security issues for the clients. The hotel policy will prevent you from accessing camera records unless you can collect a police warrant. At the end of the day, I liked my interactions with the front desk staff and they were patient when dealing with my frustrations.
