This is a fairly new RV park. It is very pristine and nice. Concrete everything and has full hookups. They have small areas of grass for the dogs. A small playground for V kids. And nice Clubhouse with laundry facilities and tvs, tables, meeting places, and nice large pool and hot tub. It was Thanksgiving weekend and it was almost full. Staff was nice and friendly. Would I recommend? Yes I would. We felt safe and it is fairly close to Comfort, Texas. Would we return? Yes, we hope to again next year.

Place was SUPER clean and looked like nobody had ever stayed there. The park is well set up with lots of amenities including multiple grills pool hot tub corn hole gym showers and too much more to list off. Also the price is super reasonable. We will 100% stay here again.

We went here for the first time with our friends and we both got a “friendship” space where our front door faced their front door and we shared space between. It was awesome. I’ve often wondered why no one ever did this. It’s great for friends and families that travel together. The river was not flowing but that’s okay, we just enjoyed the pool. I would definitely recommend this place. Duke was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to go again!!!

We love this rv park! It's convenient to I-10. There are spacious pull through sites, 24 hour pool and hottub. They have a gym and it's a 30 second walk to the river. Management is awesome, too!
