Comfort Ridge Inn and Suites

We were up in Nebraska for a training job for my husband's new job as an Insurance Adjuster. The guy who was training him recommended this motel because they were offering a price of $30 a night. As it turned out, they required us to pay for a month in advance in order to get the price so we paid up for a month. The other guy moved out of the motel and was refunded the difference for what he didn't use there. The job ended faster than what we were originally supposed to be there and my husband was told that they were going to refund the rest just as they had done for the other guy. After we were back home, they called and said they wouldn't refund the money because since we left early that it raised the price of the room back up. Contactless hotel definitely different experience. Check in at the gas station. Laundry available coin operated. Pizza hut, Subway, Dollar general, Asian Market and food truck M-F, Gas station offers food breakfast 6-10 lunch maybe till 4 or 5pm check times. Housekeeping comes once a day other then that you see no one. Room was nice, roomy, comfortable, quiet aside for a little road noise not a big deal barely notice it. Lots of parking for cars and big rigs. Showers were great hot and good water pressure. AC worked well that we only used one of the two in room. Basic cable. Coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, soap bars, shampoo and a wall dispenser of soap? In shower. Overall great place to stay.

Very clean, very nice room. Also very quiet, which was super nice. Only con is that almost the whole town closes at 9 pm. 15 min drive to get anything you may need. So make sure you have everything you need. Otherwise 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

The first room they gave us the carpet had not been vacuumed. There were kernels of corn, pieces of what appeared to be straw and other stuff on the carpet. I checked one of the beds and the fitted sheet was partially off of the bed. Also the top sheet was all messed up under the comforter. Makes me wonder if they even changed the sheets. Only one wash cloth for the both of us. We asked for another room. That carpet was a little better but still had stuff on, so was not vacuumed. Also the hand towel hanging by the sink was visibly dirty. Someone had wiped their dirty hands on it and it was not replaced with a clean one. Also only one washcloth for two people. No one to notify. Also in the first room dirty towel was hanging on the back of the door.

This place is amazing! Very clean, super nice beds and pillows. They accommodate dogs which is amazing. You are behind a gas station so there is a little traffic in and out but honestly I never heard it after falling asleep. We travel alot and stay in 40-50 dollar rooms this one was a little more than that but definitely worth the extra we paid.
