Comfort Inn West Hazleton

I’ve stayed here in the past, though had a much better experience this past week. When I had previously stayed, they were in the process of remodeling and I remember that my biggest gripe back then had been that the rooms felt aged and out-dated. This time around, I was on the first floor and the rooms were much nicer and I had a far more enjoyable experience. The staff is friendly, they’ve got a restaurant with a bar, a billiards table, and they serve a nice complimentary breakfast there in the mornings. I’ll be back!

We have no complaints about this Comfort Inn, it is the best one yet from the minute we walked in until we left the next morning. The welcome cookie was nice too. Will stay there again and highly recommend.

Cassandra assisted me in getting my room booked for two nights, which was extremely helpful to me. This has been the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a hotel. Everyone was so kind, everything smelled so clean and fresh(I usually bring my own cleaning supplies), and I didn’t need to use my own. The breakfast bar was always plentiful, with so many options, and was always clean. The lady there always greeted me with “Good Morning”, as well as everyone else. I was able to do my laundry, have some good dinner at Perkins right next door to the hotel. All of the front desk staff were there to assist in every way. If I ever return to the city and state, this will be my place to reside for me and my family. Thank you so much for you hospitality 😊

We've stayed at this hotel before and it's got one of the best breakfasts of the hotels we stay at. So, our plan had been to push farther south on our way home from Canada, however the weather really changed our minds. Blizzard snow, wind and ice rain. The roads got too treacherous for us to manage. I used the choice hotel app and secured us a room. The front desk she was amazing! She handled the crowds coming off the road with grace. We were thankful that there was a restaurant on site. We really didn't want to have to go out. My only criticism is that we had no shower curtain in our bathroom. (By the time we realized it, we had settled in for the night and changing rooms wasn't appealing to us). The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel is super convenient off the

I dont usually write reviews, but had to mention its been years since ive stayed someplace where it cost me less than $130 per night, and the stay was this nice. 1. Room was clean, beds comfortable, shower was nice. 2. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, cared for quality service. 3. Breakfast was included, and was above and beyond the usual. Eggs, waffle, sausage, yes.. but all sorts of other little things to choose, bagels, cereal, actual snacks, Nutella...etc... just a lot and it was actually very good.
