Comfort Inn & Suites Villa Rica

I recently booked and prepaid a reservation at this property at a discounted rate. I later needed assistance updating my reservation and had the opportunity to speak with Jeffrey. He was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. He truly embodied hospitality and customer service. If there was any positive part of this experience, it was because of him. He went above and beyond to assist me, even in circumstances that were outside of his direct responsibility. Unfortunately, my experience with the assistant manager, “Nene”, was the complete opposite. She was dismissive, short, and unwilling to provide basic customer service. When I requested assistance, she was reluctant to even share her name, which was concerning and highly unprofessional for someone in a management position. H

Super sketchy looking people in the lobby and hanging around the parking lot and we heard very loud screaming coming from down the hall when we were checking in. The man at the front desk said it was probably someone in the pool area but still, very off putting. When we got to our room, there was a very questionable looking fluid dried to the bed skirt on one of the beds. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste dried to it and our window sill was full of dead bugs. Mattresses and linens were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was typical but the attendants started removing things before breakfast hours were up and they didn’t appear to speak English when we asked for things.

Filthy, Disgusting and Fraudulent Hotel. Traveled to see family and with the limited amount of hotels in the area, booked here. Within five minutes of viewing the suite, we realized the room was inhabitable. There were bugs on the bed. The sheets were dirty. There was grime in the bathroom and on the window. Immediately, we gathered our things and decided that we needed to find a new hotel and we communicated that to the front desk. We did find a hotel so we called and let this front desk representative know to which they responded that we may be charged for the first night only, but not the reservation since we didn’t stay here; at the fault and solely on the hotels condition. This hotel never refunded us our stay which was hundreds of dollars. Also, the manager is exceptionally rude

Positive: Check in clerk very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, needed more fruit though. Negative: Sticky bathroom floor, TV and ceiling over bed splattered with something......

The evening front desk rep, Jeffrey i think was his name, was super helpful and great customer service! The hotel was clean but it was dated, but I prefer clean so was worth the money! Jeffrey was the nicest employee. Would stay again just for his customer service.
