Comfort Inn & Suites Tipp City Dayton North I-75

My stay here was brief yet, I feel that I was able to get a full taste of how this hotel runs. I called to book my room and was greeted by a woman who was very short with me. She claimed that the pricing on the website was incorrect so, I went on ahead and booked my room for the online pricing. When I arrived, I was greeted by the same woman who gave me attitude about the payment for the room I booked. Once I got into the room, it was fairly nice. However, there was still a bandage on the wall, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart, and the alarm clock went off at 6 AM (without me setting it). This hotel was adequate for my one-night stay but, I would not recommend it for others.

Everything was sooooo clean! We've stayed in several hotels in the area when we visit family, and some of those places were not only substandard but actually creepy. This Comfort Inn even SMELLED nice throughout the lobby, common areas and our room. We were really surprised to find that breakfast actually provided fresh eggs, fruit and yogurt - and again, everything was spotless. Coffee was great too! One minor glitch with the closet rod, but I'm sure they'll get right on it because they seem to be looking at all the details. Oh, and by the way, the price was less than all the nasty hotels south of the airport. Oh yeah, the guy behind the counter was quick, polite and very efficient too. Imagine!

Would 💯 recommend! Staff was extremely friendly and ready to accommodate our every needs. The water was very hot due to new tankless water heaters and we were even offered a new room twice when met with challenges! Pool is very clean and peaceful (not many people in there at once). Hotel is located near many restaurants such as Arby’s, McDonalds, Subway, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, etc. Room was extremely clean, not even a spec of dirt found. Provided breakfast offers a wide range of foods from biscuits and gravy to fruits. Highly recommend booking here!

The staff there was accommodating and caring. The gentleman at the desk and helping with breakfast was great! He engaged and offered assistance, not to mention his follow through on my request. Definitely please with our stay at this specific Comfort Inn.

I stayed in a King Suite (Room 303) and had requested a location away from the elevator. The staff accommodated this, which I appreciated.||Room:|The room was in decent condition overall, though I noticed a few overlooked details. - On the accent wall behind the bed, there’s a slight crack in the paint that may be from prior water damage or normal building settling. | - The caulking around the bathtub could be neater—it looked like it was done in a hurry—and the sink faucet has a loose mechanism that makes it harder to adjust.
