Comfort Inn & Suites Thatcher - Safford

We’ve started here a few times, we appreciate the real breakfast they include rooms are clean but there was someone smoking inside on this last visit not sure if that is a regular thing. The AC units are in good repair and the bathroom is clean and well kept. It does seem a little expensive for a Comfort Inn and none of the rooms I’ve stayed in have towel racks in the bathroom. If it weren’t for the few minuses they’d be a solid 4 stars.

Very cute property in Eastern Arizona. Comfy beds, breakfast and staff who genuinely take care of customers. Business trip so not sure of prices but id be sure its reasonable.

The staff, location, and breakfast are amazing but the smart TV in the corner of the room was completely useless. It said it was connected to the wifi but had no internet connection. I called the front desk, and she suggested connecting it to the other wifi available. It worked for a total of 15min and then lost connection. I might just bring my own hotspot with internet access next time. In my opinion, it is a waste of money to have 2 TVs in each room when one of them is useless.

This is the Worst Comfort Suites we have ever stayed at! Seriously the room had a deep awful stench, and the bathroom was just horrible with the stained peeling and missing caulk around the tub to the walls paper coming off! ||Honestly this IS NOT A COMFORT SUITES! Idk what this place is but this is like No Other Comfort Suites I’ve ever stayed at, they’re always extremely clean and very nice. It was like an old trucker motel, loud as hell the room next to us at 2 in the morning kept me up.||I definitely would Not recommend this place to anyone, I can’t wait to get out of here and will never be back! Can’t believe this room was over $200 what a complete ripoff!

Hotel is in a great location, but needs some renovation. Rooms are tired and the heater / AC unit failed to operate correctly. Breakfast could also stand some improvements. The staff was accommodating and helpful.
