Comfort Inn & Suites Spartanburg North

This is a very nice venue. The front desk employee, Tai, greeted us warmly & he was so nice! When I told him I was celebrating my birthday, he offered me a snack from his own lunch! Our room was scrupulously clean, & very pleasant. The beds & pillows were awesome & very comfortable. Yes, the facility is a little older, but that does not detract from it, at all. Definitely good value for the money. Breakfast was fairly standard with waffles, fruit, cereals, etc. but definitely nice & you can fill up before you take off. Plenty of restaurants & stores nearby. I recommend this hotel if you're in the area & looking for a clean, safe place to stay.

Positive: Location and the staff was nice. Breakfast was ok Negative: There is a motion sensor light above the jacuzzi tub. It doesn't stay on for more than 1 minute at a time while in the tub unless you stand up. It also came on every time you moved, so each time I rolled over, it would come on. It was pretty annoying.

Greetings. I am Marcus Thomas. I was impressed with the comfort of the extra-firm, elevated mattress, additional padding, and clean bedding. The business desk setting, comfort chair, and stool were highlights in my visit. The hot breakfast bar was excellent. You have a business center downstairs that accommodates additional activities. Your entire staff exhibited superior attitudes in guest services and hospitality. Thank you.

I booked several stays at this location for work and would rate the experience a 6.5 out of 10. It’s a step up from a typical Best Western, but the property still feels older and somewhat outdated, and the cleanliness could be improved. The staff would benefit from additional customer service training, as interactions were adequate but not exceptional. On the positive side, the beds are extremely comfortable, the Wi-Fi performs very well, and the price is reasonable for the area. Breakfast was acceptable—about a 6 out of 10—but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, it’s a solid 6.5: good, but not great. An acceptable option for short work stays, but there is room for improvement.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT STAY HERE OR BOOK THROUGH CHOICE HOTELS!! Completely overpriced and horrible management services and front deck help!! Booked through Choice Hotels but put the wrong date, the customer service would not let me change the date so I had to rebook. Paid twice for one night in hopes to get a refund for the first booking that was incorrect. When I checked in the lady working was in her pajamas and watching a show on her phone and ignoring any of my questions, it was 7pm. Not in the middle of the night, total lack of professionalism for a room that's $107 per night!! I left like it was a low grade motel. TRASHY and a waste of money!! I have been calling for a week trying to get my refund for the original night booked but manager will not answer the phone or respond to my emails
