Comfort Inn & Suites Raphine - Lexington near I-81 and I-64

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites in Raphine, Virginia, for five days while my truck was being serviced at the nearby Peterbilt store. My experience was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, which was perfect after long days on the road. I loved the beautiful views from the hotel, making my mornings even nicer. The hot breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and I appreciated having lots of hot water for showers. The hotel’s location was also convenient, with easy access to the interstate and nearby restaurants. What really stood out to me was the excellent customer service from Sondra, Ian, and Ross. The room was spotless, and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect—right off the interstate, making it super convenient and easy to access. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely friendly. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the towels were soft like silk—those little details really made a difference. I have now stayed at this hotel twice, both times I was treated well. My last stay I had a medical emergency that required an ambulance on the morning of checkout. My sister who was with me called 911 and went up front to meet the ambulance. The front desk took over and handled getting the EMTs to our room. They also ensured my sister that she could leave everything in our room so that she could come to the hospital with me and not to worry about checkout time. I ended up having to spend the night in the hospital. My sister went back to the hotel and asked if she could have another night on our reservation and if there were any discounts available. Overnight stop! Convenient to highway. Clean rooms and general areas. Breakfast was typical for Comfort Inn - eggs were a bit runny. Hotel was quiet - we wanted a room with a pull out couch and it was comfortable to sleep on.

Our room was so clean ! The sheets were crisp and the beds were firm and comfy! Nice view of the mountains. Only downside, no NETFLIX or HBO. Will stay again!
