Comfort Inn & Suites Ponca City near Marland Mansion

A great place to stay, we had to find a place to stay while dodging Tornadoes on the way home from a funeral in Kansas. Being a choice member we looked there first. All the staff were very helpful and seemed to really care about our needs. Debbie the breakfast spread lady, really had nice things to say about her employer so that says a lot right there. Our room was clean and tidy and did not worry about any creepy-crawlers here!!👍The check in- check out process was seamless. It was a joy to stay at this establishment and I highly recommend it for weary travelers. I wish more places had the kind of customer service that we received here.

I think for its location, cleanliness, hospitality, and price you can’t get better. We came this direction from Missouri to attend a sporting event in Stillwater. We paid less than half the price and didn’t have to deal with crowded overpriced hotels there.

Well maintained rooms that were spacious and well equipped. Bathroom had lots of vanity space and a ceramic tub and tiled shower walls. The restaurant across the street, JW Cobb, has excellent food, especially their catfish, large portions and great prices. I forgot to mention to the staff but their Direct-TV service was very poor, it kept buffering. I would definitely stay again.

We had an enjoyable stay at this establishment. The room was spacious, bed and pillows comfortable.Got a great night’s sleep once the people in the room above us stopped stomping around (about 1:00 a.m.). The hotel is close to grocery stores, convenience stores, and to Lake Ponca Park, where we saw a wonderful free fireworks display on Independence Day. Our room was clean, and odor free. We had only two bath towels provided. Most women need a bath towel to dry on, and one to wrap their hair in, so why hotels continue with this two towel policy is beyond me. Seems pretty stingy. Also, this hotel, like many others, has curtains that will not completely close, so I’m awakened at dawn when a streak of light hits my face. Breakfast was a bit less than usual for hotels at like facilities. I miss

We were near the parking lot door, so it was very noticeable when guest arrived and departed, but it wasnt a busy night, so it was fine. Breakfast was okay. Per friendly with a reasonable pet fee. The price of the room was fair; however, after the fees and the city's hotel tax (17.58%), the final charge nearly added nearly $40, which was almost half the room fee. Just be aware of that.
