Friendly staff and very engaging.... The rooms are set up with plenty of room to put luggage. And the place was so clean. We did not use the pool and hot tub but it was in good shape and well kept unlike many hotels that continue to let amenities go to the way side and we have to figure out why they have pictures of their amenities on TripAdvisor’s, but they no longer have it, nor taking care of it and we do appreciate your hotel keeping up the maintenance on these amenities that we often use! Bravo!

Positive: Recently updated. Enclosed indoor pool and spa open and clean. Hot and cold breakfast available. Friendly staff. Good location with Cracker Barrel next door. Negative: The elevator door closes quickly!

We stay here every year. 4 nights... Newly renovated. Nicely done. Staff is very attentive. Toody, the breakfast lady is great! A big, huge no for me is the keys. THEY DON'T WORK! A HUGE NO FOR ME. The staff is very aware the keys are failing at a very high percentage. I had 4 keys that did not work! This has been reported to the owner.. He bought boxes and boxes of CHEAP KEYS that fail. TO SAVE MONEY!!! I won't be returning unless I am assured that he has trashed the cheap defective keys and replaced them with keys that actually WORK! Tony Mathis

After 10 hours on the road THIS place was like heaven. I did reserve ahead of time which made me nervous but what a relief when we arrived to see a friendly face with a true southern accent. Our room was very clean and oh my goodness the bed and pillows were SO comfortable. Our next trip down we will be staying here again for sure. I forgot to mention the nice breakfast provided. Top notch.

The front desk lady, I think her name was Mina, was absolutely fantastic! More welcoming than any hotel I’ve ever been to!! By the end of my stay, I felt like I had gained a friend! Also, Susan the breakfast lady was just as welcoming! She was so friendly and I also gained a friend with her as well. She was willing to get anything for you and actually serve you. This was the best stay ever!!
