Comfort Inn & Suites Northern Kentucky

The rooms aren’t as clean as they could be especially the toilet and jacuzzi tub. I have a picture of the inside of the toilet. It’s gross. It wasn’t a bad stay other than it’s kinda run down just a bit. I wouldn’t go back unless it was an emergency though.

About 18 months ago I stayed with a different chain of hotels while attending a wedding. The difference in amenities is stark in contrast. At Comfort Inn the bed was firm, but I woke up refreshed instead of stiff. The room was clean and the staff was kind/concerned/courteous. The breakfast offered was hot, not cold cereal. It felt more like being home.

Ive stood here a few times; this might have been my fourth. Overall, my biggest issue with this hotel is the plumbing. The 2 out of the 4 times I've been here, the shower was always backed up, and it was rather gross seeing the water fill up to my ankles as I was cleaning myself. Also, the bedding is kind of meh, certain rooms have more comfortable padding. Some feel worn out and should be changed. Overall, the hotel isn't so bad, the service is great as well as the housekeeping. Of course, you can ask the front desk to switch the room you are in if you have an issue with it. I was just so urked having the issue twice that I feel the need to write a review incase anyone else has a similar issue.

Place was great, late night shift that greeted me and checked me in was awesome. They young lady I saw during the day was just as awesome. Location seemed safe and quiet, close to my conference. Bed was a little hard but it was just what my back need after a long drive. Wifi, worked perfectly of all my work. I did not try the breakfast but it smelled delicious.

Me and my wife have stayed here a couple of times while going to watch The Reds play. It is an awesome location close to the ballpark only around 6 miles. We take LYFT rides to and from and have had no problems at all. Staff is also very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend staying here. Also there are a few restaurants and a gas station close within walking distance. Stay here and you will be happy!!!
