Comfort Inn & Suites New Lisbon

Overall the hotel was fine for the price. The caulking around our tub could have used a redo, the sink faucet was loose. The carpet freshener was a little perfume for my taste. I stayed here for two nights and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked the way it should. Check-in was quick, and the staff didn’t waste time—they handled things professionally. Parking was easy, and the location made it convenient to get around. If you want a simple, reliable place without any drama or surprises, this motel gets the job done. Solid value for the price.

Check in was great! But that is where the greatness stopped. Room was quite dirty...bathroom floor had a lot of hair and the corners were disgusting. Toothpaste spray on mirror. Stained sheets but seemed clean. Pool area was very cold, pool water cold, hot tub was good. Would definitely choose a different hotel in Mauston over this one, even tho this one is less than 3 minutes from family.

The room was away from stairwells, elevators, highways and on the top floor. All that we asked for when we made the reservation. My husband is a light sleeper and we needed to follow my request so my husband can sleep. I’m a member of Choice rewards and they allowed me later checkout which helped me immensely. We appreciate that so much. Your laundry washing machine was down. By the look of the “out of order” sign, it was out for a very long time. I can understand that equipment goes down, but what I get tired of is not keeping up your equipment in a timely manner. Too many hotels just let hot tubs, laundries, small carpentry fixes in rooms stay out of order.
