Comfort Inn & Suites Moberly

This is a great hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was really good. I reserved a suit for 2 nights to let a snow storm pass. I chose this particular hotel because of the pool and hot tub. I was disappointed to find out that the pool room was closed for repairs. This would have been a 5 star review if could have used the hot tub. Things happen. I just wish I had called instead of book online.

Overall the hotel was comfortable and clean. It looks a little run down and all the semi trucks parked right next to it did not add to the appeal. I can say the associate who checked us in was super nice and upbeat (she stated she was new) and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also good. On the negative side, the bathroom vanity was very small and the toilet had flushing issues.

While the overall stay was pleasant, the hotel needs to purchase new bed linens and towels. They were threadbare. The bathroom sink had a large crack in it, and the tub could use extra scrubbing power!! Please replace the bathtub mat! This hotel was very quiet, and our king size bed was comfortable. Breakfast was all right—just what we needed.

The pool was closed due to an indoor water leak issue. Sad. The entry way, some rooms and gathering areas were closed and they had fans going everywhere. I feel the rooms could be cleaner. The bathroom really needed help. It needed to be cleaned better. The liquid soap and shampoo was almost empty. The conditioner was empty.

Our room was dirty. There was clumps of mud in the floor, hair all over the bathroom and the sheets were stained. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and helpful when we got to the hotel. However save your money and go somewhere else.
