Comfort Inn & Suites Lincoln I-20

Room was neat, clean and stocked with everything we needed. Very good breakfast with a great variety, was super clean and well stocked. Easy location and courteous staff made this stop quick and pleasant. This budget friendly hotel gets my recommendation. Thank you Choice Hotel, Lincoln AL! ♥️

Well I first arrived I could not get into my room after 3 different key swaps at the front desk. All while the whole time the desk clerk was on a personal call and I was inconveniencing her by keep coming down then she just switched rooms gives us another room didn’t apologize one single time. Then find out at 2am the entire hotel loses water and I was not notified at all. I woke up to find the water off go downstairs to find that a water break happened 4 hours prior and they new about it but failed to inform anyone which is a safety hazard because the fire sprinkler system would not have been working. Then due to no water they don’t serve breakfast to guests but they let the workers sit there and eat in front of guests. All this and still yet to get a single apology from any of the hotel

Positive: The location of where it's at Negative: There was several different things I just like about the hotel. I tried to reach out to you guys to let you know but with no luck I got no one. I am not happy and I will not stay there again

If I could give this zero stars, our negative stars, I would... When my family arrived for our stay on 11/15, there was a sign on the front desk that said 'they couldn't help the lady bugs'... however, our room was more than just lady bug infested. There were stink bugs, too. The curtains were dirty and stained and covered with bugs. There were dead bugs on the air condition unit that I didn't take a picture of because I didn't want to touch anything. The phone had exposed cords. Our experience at this location was well beyond sub par. I will never stay at another Comfort Inn, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone ever again. If I wanted to sleep with this many bugs, I would have gone tent camping. This was inexcusable and with the 'please forgive the lady bug' sign on t

This place is very nice! Very affordable and a clean hotel. If you’re looking for something clean and affordable for the night, this is for you! Rooms are very clean, bathrooms in rooms are very clean. They also give free breakfast in the mornings. Definitely a good choice if you’re looking for a night to stay.
