Comfort Inn & Suites Jackson - West Bend

Very nice hotel. Easy to get to right off the highway. The parking lot is very well lit. Clean hotel with friendly staff, A bit out dated but overall a nice hotel to stay at. The lady at the front desk said they are doing renovations to the hotel starting in January. Can't wait to see it all spiffed up! Beds are comfortable and the bedding is very soft and clean. They have multipal TV's and lots of outlets. The first hotel I have stayed at that has power strips in the room. A nice touch for all the phones and tablets for the grand-kids. The pool is a good size and the hot tub is great. They have a nice patio outside the pool for warm weather visits. They were very welcoming with my service dog. Overall, I would recommend Comfort suites Jackson.

The rooms are pretty decent if you have a heater than isn’t noisy every time it kicks in. The pool room was freezing with the Frozen Tundra cold weather. There was ice and snow around the doors and windows. I needed my winter coat just to sit in the room. My kids didn’t care and still went swimming. The lobby was very cold with the doors opening. The fireplace could have been working and provided extra heat. The breakfast was pretty decent. There were eggs, sausage, and a whole LOT of carbs. I would not personally stay here again in the winter months. The hallways were even pretty cold.

Nice room, friendly staff, cleaning staff did a great job. Breakfast was ok. We were there for more than a week. Would have liked bacon a few mornings in exchange for just sausage.

The day staff were so rude. Were not sympathetic at all that we had small children when needing to carry everything up the flight of stairs. There is no elevator so unless you know that first, you won’t know. Unpleasant and unapproachable. She seemed to hate her job completely. The hotel itself is run down, nothing too major but the hot tub looks like it is rusty. The breakfast was decent but with how the staff treated us we will never be back and I will make sure all of our cheer team stays elsewhere when traveling for competitions. We felt so unwelcome even though we were paying like everyone else.

The room we stayed in was spacious for holding 2 queen beds. The carpets are worn, the trim in the bathroom is rusted and worn, the tub did not hold water. I had to use a wash cloth to try to slow the flow in order to take a bath, but it was still losing water so fast I needed to add more every few mins to keep enough to bathe. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but they were functioning. Breakfast was well attended to and plentiful. There were eggs, sausage and waffles too choose from for warm dishes. Toast, boxed doughnuts, cereal and fruit along with beverages as well.
