Comfort Inn & Suites Independence

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were a little dated, but were well cleaned. Location was convenient and easy to find. Would stay here again.

Overall, the hotel is nice. The coffee maker was in the bathroom by the toilet. GROSS. I get that the only running water is in the bathroom, but no. Please don't. I would have been happy to get a cup of water and walk it 2 feet to the counter above the fridge and microwave. The wifi was weak (I think?) The tv would frequently go out and reset itself. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly when we checked in and out.

Overall the stay was great. Staff was accommodating and kind. They did not have an operational lift when the wheelchair user in our group wanted to use the pool. It was the only sore point on the trip. Otherwise the stay was great and we would stay there again.

The suite bed is not comfortable and the pillows suck would have been better to sleep on the floor. Talk about waking up hurting for the price of the stay it was not worth the money that was paid the jacuzzi had hair come up from the jets and was disgusting.
