Comfort Inn & Suites Green Bay Stadium Area

Before arrival I called for a question and the staff pleasantly answered my question. Then, when we arrived we were easily checked in.The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice. Often times in hotels like these, indoor pools have way too much chlorine, .. or worse, not enough. They kept their pool and hot tub facilities in good shape, with the chlorine the correct level! The next morning breakfast was better than we expected. It wasn't Michelin star dining, it was decent and I felt totally satisfied. Everything was better than we had anticipated! We will stay here again! .. I wish most hotels had staff as awesome as the staff here; they cared about their establishment and the people staying there. Thank you!

The hotel has clean and tasteful decor and atmosphere. Looks to be recently remodeled. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They quickly made sure our room was ready as we arrived earlier than expected. The breakfast was good and had upgraded food choices. The room size was larger than some of the other Comfort Inns we have stayed.

This is a 2.5 rated hotel. So we are not reviewing a luxury resort are we. The hotel meets all the basic needs of a hotel, has a very good staff, comfortable and clean rooms, good locale, and for an excellent price. We were very pleased with our stay. We will be back.

An individual from behind the front desk walked out with a bottle of booze stuffed inside their jacket as we were checking in. He seemed a bit intoxicated already. We were told the pool was shut down and wouldn’t be able to use it but 4 hours later, it was back open again. Didn’t seem to make sense. Window in our room would barely lock tight so a cold draft was blowing through all night. Heater didn’t seem to regulate the room temp very well. Signs posted everywhere saying the 3rd floor was shut down for renovations but at 2:00am we could hear people walking and moving around, as we were on the 2nd floor listening and trying to sleep. Emergency exit doors out of the pool area were ice covered and could not be opened up as 1 employee tried to do himself and failed. Snow has not been cleaned

The whole experience was easy and had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, easy access to room, nice people working there, good breakfast and nice pool and hot tub. I had a king suite with lots of space and comfy bed equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. Thank you and I’ll be back!
