Comfort Inn & Suites Grafton-Cedarburg

The stay was ok, but the room was filthy. The back of the toilet, around the seat bolts, was lined in built-up urine & gunk. One day our room was not cleaned at all. The next day, it had new towels, but the beds were half-made with pillows on the floor, and it hadn't been vacuumed. At breakfast the garbage can was piled 2 feet high over the trash rim and there was a cockroach scuttling around under the waffle-maker. The building itself has potential and is in a great location, but the ownership/management & the cleaning is seriously lacking.

When we arrived to the hotel, the front desk was not friendly. Arrived in the room for 4 people and only 2 towels available. Went to the front desk to ask for more and they stated there are more under the desk. Nothing there. Toilet would not flush correctly asked for plumber and had to use it all weekend. Breakfast was not great at all. Eggs were cold, same food for both days. Small area to eat breakfast. The shower head was not great for the price I paid for the hotel. The ceiling was peeling in the bathroom.

I feel it was a bit over priced. The bed was comfortable. I loved all the pillows. The hot tub was nice as it stayed open till midnight. Not sure why it wasn’t open all night but okay. The place just needs updating. It is a safe place. I will check around more next time. I had a good stay overall.

The pool -hot tub was disgusting - needs to be pressure wash. There was a five inch ring of mold around the swimming pool and hot tub. Kids have been scratching their names in the mold. Specific reason I chose the hotel. Breakfast was cold, no lemon water empty whole time and short on coffee. The room seem pretty clean and bed was comfy- that is why a four rating was actually to much but can go back to make it a 3
