Comfort Inn & Suites Fuquay Varina

First thing I do is to narrow my search (distance, dog friendly and hotel quality), I chose this hotel because it was the closest one to my sister to whom we were spending Thanksgiving with. I made my reservation(s) directly with that specific hotel/location, I was very clear on how many people were staying in (5 of us) including a very small service dog. The gentleman who assisted me over the phone told me that there were only two queen size beds rooms available (I also saw that in the web), and that there was not a problem with the dog. He never mentioned that there was a fee (services dogs do not pay a fee and that is the law). When we checked in, we had our dog with us at the reception area, the attendant said nothing. No complaints at all. Everything looked great. More new than not everything functioned. There were USB outlets, even the C types The breakfast in the morning was pretty decent.Actually, eggs.Sausage waffle options, cereal options, several different juices, butters, peanut butter, anything that you would normally think should be there was there.This was thirty dollars more than quality inn a mile away and so worth it.I can't recommend it enough

The room wasn't very clean. Definitely needs some updates. They advertise a fitness room, yet it was locked and looked like it was becoming a storage area. Most staff were friendly. The breakfast person could be more friendly. Not much of a breakfast selection. I definitely feel the price is not worth the accommodations They disregard your privacy "do not disturb " after 3 days. My wife use to work as a housekeeper. One of the best things you can do is put that sign up. Hospitality Associates needs to come East.

Stayed here for several days while visiting family and its located close to many business'. This hotel is under renovation as we were told but I never saw any workers or building equipment at anytime or anyone hauling anything in or out. In any event, check in was easy tho it was very early morning when we arrived but we got a poor room. everything looked fine but was cold inside and turned up the warm air..mistake..the air conditioner fan unit started out chugging and then quiet and then just got loud on and off. we slept terrible. didn't matter even off and it shuttered for some reason. I switched rooms early the next day from a very nice front desk lady who gave us a room actually right next door and it was like night vs day. very comfy beds, plenty of towels, the air conditioner unit W

Really noisy location. Work being done next door outside, did not sleep at all. Room was clean, needed refurbishing though. Definitely an older hotel. Pillows felt like a sack of potatoes. Only 1 pillow out of 5 was replaced. The positive, staff was very nice, room was clean. Unfortunately the positives did not offset the negatives.
