Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Brickell-Port of Miami

Location was good. Certain staff members were not so friendly at front desk and the staff working the bkfst. Bkfst was til 9:30 which is too early to close in our opinion. Staff quickly putting food away ( Alba specifically was rudely putting everything away as we tried to get a little to eat) before we could get bkfst that is included in the high price we paid to stay here for 4 nights. Plus the lobby was chaotic waiting til 3pm to check in after getting here early in the morning. Had to sit in lobby this morning cause nowhere to sit in dining area. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. Plenty of other places to stay where we will be better accommodated.

I was greeted right away upon arrival and appreciated being able to store my bags since I arrived before check-in time. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and in a great location, close to restaurants and plenty of activities. I also enjoyed the variety of breakfast options offered. Even though the breakfast area was extremely busy, I was still able to get everything I wanted. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here last week the night before a cruise. Our room smelled like straight up cat piss. There is a sign in the lobby that says no pets. The smell is undeniably a nasty cat piss smell. I wanted to ask for another room, but my friends just wanted to go to sleep as it was late and they hoped to become nose blind. We got out of the room as soon as we could get out the next day and headed to breakfast. It just wasn’t good either. Coffee grounds in the coffee. Eggs were gross. The price was good. We chose this for the location plus it had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch so 4 of us could stay in the room. The room was large, comfortable. Bathroom was very large. The location of the room was very quiet. I almost thought maybe an employee lived in that room at some point with a cat And didn

Positive: The room was spacious. The parking attendant let us know right away that parking was available next door. The rate was reasonable. Negative: The bed was really hard. We understood that it was located at the port. It is next to the tram which ran beside our room. I either missed that or it was not listed.

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable overall. Breakfast was mediocre and a bit inefficient, and the $20 per person shuttle to the port wasn’t worth it — an Uber was cheaper. Still, it served our needs well and is a solid option for a convenient stay before our cruise. Nice view of the river and you could walk it. We even got a great rainbow picture!
