Comfort Inn & Suites Dayville - Killingly Industrial Park

I checked in for a three-night stay regarding a wedding but spent the weekend managing a series of significant maintenance failures.||The infrastructure at this location is clearly struggling. We dealt with a 36-hour Wi-Fi blackout, recurring plumbing backups that rendered our bathroom unusable, and a room door that physically would not lock during our final night + final morning.||Plumbing: The toilet clogged on day two. Maintenance plunged it, but the fix was temporary. It failed again on Sunday, forcing us to use public restrooms in the hallway for much of our stay.||Connectivity: The Wi-Fi was down for a full 36 hours (Saturday through Sunday). For business travelers, this would be catastrophic; for leisure travelers, it is simply unacceptable.||Room Lock Security: Our room key failed

Efficient check in and out. Breakfast was better than expected, area was very clean. The staff at breakfast were lovely women. The gentlemen behind the desk seemed less invested by attitude than the women actually working. Carpets in the room seemed a little dingy and the furniture was dusty. WiFi was super spotty. Bed was very comfortable. It was a family wedding and having a common space to gather was great.

My wife and I stayed here on night and wow we were overall very happy with stay. Front staff were super helpful. Room was spacious, clean and most importantly, no bad odors. Rugs in room and hotel hallways smelled fresh and clean. Bed and multiple pillows were clean comfy and breakfast they offered was very good. Noticed they also have a small pool as you walk into the hotel. It looked clean but we didn’t use it. The only slight con in the rooms is they didn’t have those updated plugs on the lamps to plug in usb plug so you can charge electronics and although they have a soda machine in vending area, it only accepted cash. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel and yes we would absolutely book a room again. Oh by the way, if you’re going to the Thompson track, they offer a discount.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel was quiet, staff were kind and attentive, and the location was convenient. The only real issue was that the bed was much too soft for my back,and I might try another location to avoid the stiffness I am now dealing with.

hotel was good. the room was comfortable and clean. breakfast was decent and served early which is a good thing. only complaint is that the rooms are a little dated. Mainly the carpets look like they could be updated, some wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off and the desk chair could not adjust and felt extremely worn out. I was there on business so the chair made it impossible to work at the desk.
