Comfort Inn & Suites Creswell

Excellent hotel! We unexpectedly checked in there late at night on December 28, 2025 because we were very tired from our journey and it was the best decision. We were greeted by a wonderful administrator. She was very polite and kind. Unfortunately we were so tired that we didn't remember her name but we are grateful to her for the quick service and warm welcome. We managed to swim a little in the pool with the children before going to bed. We really liked the pool and it was clean and comfortable. The room also was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent; we arrived towards the end, and there was still plenty of everything. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to take a short break during their trip and have a good rest.

This place would be great if Rachel was not an employee!! Rachel RUINED our stay!! This was NEVER about the customer, she does not make you feel comfortable and considering comfort is in the name of the hotel I’d imagine that should be a priority! Rachel ruined our trip. She’s needs to get out of hospitality and into somewhere she’s not the front line of customer service. Very very very unhappy and I will be taking this further up the chain of operations! Edit* replying back to Theo the operations specialist. The pool hours are posted which is why I had a problem in the first place. I booked the hotel specifically for the amenities and expect them to be open during POSTED hours of operation! Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing from the start. Upon arrival, there was visible hair left in both the bathtub and the sink, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the TV in the room did not work. When I contacted the front desk for assistance, I was told that all they could suggest was unplugging and plugging the box back in myself. No offer was made to switch rooms or send technical support, which was frustrating and unhelpful. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and customer service did not meet basic hotel standards, and I would not stay here again.

Positive: The breakfast Negative: The jets in hot tub didn't work at all and wasn't disclosed . The front desk clerk at checkout wasn't friendly and no exhaust fan in bathroom. I travel alot and am disabled with lots of metal and hardwired with a junction box to my spine.

The stay was $154 and not that great of a hotel. My carpet in my room was disgusting. The bed was old & lumpy. The ac was shutting on & off all night. It was loud. The reviews said it had a great variety of food for breakfast, which is not true. There wasn’t even meat. Just eggs and breads.
