Comfort Inn & Suites Augusta West Near Fort Gordon

This is a long review: I have a lot to say. My husband and I stayed at this hotel in 2019, it was nice and we had no complaints. I just got back from staying there this past weekend to visit my son and I was really disappointed in how it is there now. The breakfasts were not good. Two mornings, I got down for breakfast about 30-40 minutes before it was supposed to end and there was hardly anything left. There was no coffee made and had to ask him to make more and he finally got around to it. The guy was throwing food away before breakfast time was finished and it seemed like his buddies were hanging out in the back room with him. I don’t know if he was in a hurry to get breakfast wrapped up because he had so many things to do for his job or he was going to hang out with his friends. The mo

I booked this hotel because of the suites. So that's what I reserved for the weekend. When I checked in, I was placed in a regular room. Ms. Michaiah quickly resolved this once she saw my confirmation. I truly appreciate her quick response. My family and I got to enjoy our stay. The beds are super comfortable and the sheets are soft and not scratchy(That is a big pet peeve for me) We will return

As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the lovely guest service agent. I made a mistake on my reservation, and he quickly remedied it. When we got to the room, it was incredibly clean with a sleek new look! After having such a peaceful night, we were greeted by the morning crew who took care of us for breakfast. The breakfast itself was amazing! Nicely cooked Canadian bacon, which surprised me since I don’t really like that kind of bacon, and wonderful bagels and eggs! Overall, this Comfort Inn lived up to its name and deserves a rounding 5 stars!

I came to this hotel because it was close to the hospital my father was in. My father is dying and you can imagine the pain I am in. Imagine coming to a hotel where the front desk lady is rude, Miss Perry. When I say rude, I can’t believe she has a job. That speaks volumes on management. The room we booked had a leaking ceiling, drug needles in the room, phone did not work and they had dirty linen on the bed. Miss Perry refused a refund and was so nasty when we complained about the room. We were forced to stay here, because they said we couldn’t get a refund for two weeks. We feel unsafe and if Miss Perry does anything with my credentials, I will press charges. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE INTO DRUGS, PROSTITUTION AND SEX TRAFFICKING!!! My wife and I spent a night at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room, comfort of the bed and all of the furniture, the niceness of the bathroom. The breakfast was incredibly good and the staff showed to go above and beyond to take care of us.
