Comfort Inn - Pocono Mountains

FIRST time ever here.Perfect location, unbeatable price. Great breakfast. Nice pool. Carla at the front desk is a wonderful person,does a great job and supervisors should be giving her some type of advertised recognition. Had a great experience at this location,without 1 single issue. 👍👍

Everything was good-bed good -the air conditioner/heater filter was filthy - I always check because i have to breathe the air in room!!! Breakfast ( eggs/sausage ) was great !!! The receptionist ( clerk ) was very good and polite!!! Microwave and refrigerator worked very good. There could have been better cleaning in the room ( they just missed some things) I would stay there again for the price.

Needs repairs and rude staff at check out . When we checked in, the front desk staff was nice and efficient. Our room was basic but about right for the price. But our tub did not drain well and the toilet was very worn. There is a nice indoor pool with well stocked towels. Breakfast is basic but fine. They just need a second waffle maker as a long line formed to use. When I went to check out, I planned to tell them the tub needed to be repaired. But the desk staff stood outside while I waited at the desk. She finally came in. When I asked for a receipt, she said, "Just hand me your keys. You don't get a receipt because you booked ahead through a third party." I wanted a zero balance receipt because they ran my credit card at check-in anyway. What a way to ruin a pleasant stay.

Do NOT EVER stay here. Clerk was bothered and didn’t speak on check in ! Room had hairs in and on the bed, old stains on comforter, hair on pillow, hairs in tub and sink, mold on bed frame and bugs on floor. Demanded my money back after there for 10 minutes and she said she couldn’t. Said Manager was out till Monday and denied being able to print me confirmation I checked out less than 10 minutes after check in. Got my money back ONLY after lodging complaint with 3rd party booking site getting involved. Stay down the road at Blakeslee Best Western instead ! Should’ve known when I walked in and wasn’t spoken to and the finish on the lobby chairs was chipped off !! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. See pics

It was a decent hotel. Nothing fancy but the room was clean and the breakfast was fine. Easy to get to from the highway and a good cheap option for the skiing here. The bath was good but the ring on its drain seems to be oxidized a bit. Id stay here again for its price.
