Comfort Inn Philadelphia International Airport West

We had an unexpected layover and the airport sent us here with a voucher. We’ve never stayed in a Comfort Inn. We usually stay in a bit higher scale places. But I wanted to let everyone know that our bed was absolutely the best! Comfort Inn earned their name with us last night! Excellent bed, excellent linens and comforter, excellent and copious amounts of pillows! Large and hot shower! Large flat screen tv! Clean! And super nice front desk staff who let us stay until 6 PM as our flight out was delayed until this evening. Cannot say enough about them. Even their shuttle driver was the best! He had to turn around and come back to the airport because my phone slipped out of my dang soft, comfy, polyester knit travel pants, lol! No complaints!We even brought a service dog and there wasn’t one

I stayed here because of a canceled flight, and the hotel is unpretentious and has all the basics covered. Nothing too fancy, but no real complaints either. My review is mostly to give a shoutout to the front desk service. Amohit was incredibly kind, efficient, and helpful (honestly a breath of fresh air after spending 15+ hours stuck at the airport). He quickly arranged my room and the airport shuttle and made the whole process feel calm and easy when I was exhausted. His customer service really made a difference, which is mainly why I’d pick this over any other airport hotel

The rooms are filthy, hair to include pubic hair everywhere. Floors in the rooms don’t look like they have been mopped in years. The bathroom area I had to clean myself and still ended up wearing shower shoes because it was that gross. The hallways don’t look like they have ever seen a vacuum. Trash cans are overflowing. You can’t get breakfast because I guess locals live in this hotel and load up their plates leaving nothing for anyone else and (eggs and sausage) are not kept refilled. The breakfast area is pretty gross as well with very limited seating. The tables are not cleaned regularly between patrons. The counters are filthy, so I guess it’s a good thing we couldn’t get food. I’d hate to see what the kitchen looks like. The drink machine that holds the apple juice doesn’t work prop

Upon check in, the girl was not very friendly. On the verge of attitude. ||Checking into our room, it was not cleaned rather well. ||The front of the toilet actually had dried poop on it. ||The shower had the previous guest hair in it. ||The breakfast was ok. ||The only good thing was a gentleman that was cleaning the rooms helped me find my room due to the sloppy handwriting on my card pocket. ||All in all, if the room was throughly cleaned & the front desk girl was friendlier instead of being in her phone, it would be a nice place to stay.

Was on delayed flight voucher overnight and was assigned here by American Airline. I came late evening and was brought by their airport shuttle service; it was comfortable and quick. The staff there were polite and answered my questions well about local food nearby and their services. My room was nice, comfortable, and clean; my sleep and morning shower refreshing. I had complimentary coffee by the little portable machines and the coffee packs standard to every room. The attendant was very polite and generous in that after I left the hotel and went back to the airport, he gave me a call to let me know that I had left my cell phone and charger in the room; he went above and beyond his duties to get it back to me quickly at the airport via their shuttle driver.
