Comfort Inn Mayfield Heights Cleveland East

Our family stayed at this hotel three times in January, and each visit was absolutely wonderful. From the very first stay, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and genuinely kind. A special thank you to Chef Ed, who made our experience even more memorable. During our first stay, he brought donuts to our two-year-old daughter at breakfast and took the time to chat with me for a while. When we returned for our second and third visits, he remembered her and was just as thoughtful and sweet. That small but meaningful gesture truly touched our hearts. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the room was clean. The staff were very responsive. The breakfast was more than adequate and delicious. We stayed in room 109. The closet in that room is itty-bitty tiny and doesn't even hold standard laundry hangers unless you coax them in at an angle. The toilet is way,way too low in the toilet bathtub area is way too small. We didn't care for the sink and vanity being outside of the toilet area at all. This led to very little privacy if you just wanted to wash up. Not everyone who travel together are married. We really would have liked a handicap accessible room except were told that they only had one bed and we really need two beds. This makes me believe that this has not been very well thought through.

Had an amazing experienxe at this hotel! Juan was very accomodating and hospitable, making sure that we are well taken care of after a long trip. Complimentary breakfast was superb, staff is friendly, and experience is excellent.

Positive: The best part of the stay has been the extraordinarily helpful, kind and friendly staff. EVERY SINGLE person we have encountered has been terrific. Negative: Not your fault, but whoever was in the room above us for several nights walked liked elephants at 1 AM

What a great experience! I have stayed at this hotel over and over again and will most definitely continue to when I am in the area. From the ease of booking with Juan, checking in with Ronel, and breakfast with Chef Ed- Its a stay well worth it. Rooms are great, lots of space and all the functionality that you need. Right off the highway and centrally located. The staff is always friendly and professional. Stay a couple times and the staff learns your name!
