Comfort Inn Livingston

WiFi and TV didn’t work, dirty wash rag hanging in shower from previous occupant, hallway strong smell of marijana, over priced for this caliber of hotel ($150). Desk clerk told me it would be cheaper if I’d booked online even though I am a Choice member. However, desk clerk was very nice.and bed was clean.

I picked this hotel to stay at because it was the closest to the town Boligee , Alabama, where I came to attend my sister‘s funeral. Upon arrival the hotel appeared to be clean and the customer service was good. The room appeared to be clean, but of course I did my own cleaning as usual however when I woke up the next morning, there was a bedbug in bed with me. I was able to catch the bug in a paper towel and put it in a plastic bag. I took it to the front desk, the young lady at the front desk said “I don’t want that I’m gonna throw it in the trash”, so I had her call the manager. The manager told me that she had to send someone out to inspect the room before she could give me a refund, so the owner and his wife came to inspect a room. I even presented them with the bedbug and all

Our stay was fair; but, when I came home my 'house shoes' I had on in the hotel room only were filthy dirty- something sticky remained on the uncarpeted floor throughout out room. the beds were extra firm and the breakfast was nothing much- but OK. questionable cleanliness. Thankful that it was a quiet location.

Stopped here for a quick overnight on a long road trip. Very clean, quiet. Night front desk associate friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Highly recommend.

This place surprised me but not in a good way. I usually like comfort inn locations. This place is questionable. The room was generally comfortable though definitely noting special. In this case, the room I stayed in had thin walls or more specifically I shared a suite door. I could hear my neighbors who kept talking for hours. I noticed the floors had many wet spots. This sink was wet. It was as if someone had just cleaned and mopped and left everything wet... and I checked in at about 8 pm. At this point, it is tough to recommend staying here.
