Nice looking place. No elevator for guests, so plan ahead of you have an injured or disable person with you. Coffee was good in the lobby. TV was basic with no movie channels. Pet friendly for a fee, must let front desk know when making reservations if you have allergies to pet dander. Looks to be newly renovated, fernished with coffee makers in the room, did not recognize the brand of coffee but tasted well and fresh. Do not expect privacy in the morning, cleaning staff does not announce by voice or knock before opening guest room doors. Checkout might be 11am but they opened my door at 9:30 am. We did not hear knocking or vocal announcement as they moved on to their next room, leads me to believe issue is systemic not a sigular happenstance. Front desk offered no real apology for the b

If I ever get to Hart, MI. again, I will definitely stay here again... The entire staff at this hotel made me feel more welcome than being at home!!! As you can see by the pic it was cold, their indoor heated pool was almost like being in South Florida where I'm from!!! If anyone reading this finds themselves in this area, definitely stay here, the rooms and facilities are 5☆☆☆☆☆!!!

Me and 2 other buddy's took a trip to silver lake sand dunes. Check in and out was a breeze. But we went up on a weekend and for a 2 bedroom hotel it ended up being $215 A NIGHT! When I went up to the front desk and asked for a cot it was an extra $25 dollars lol for $430 for 2 days that does not include a cot. The hotel was clean but it was a very average and plain hotel. Then when I asked the front desk person why it was so much they informed me that it was peak season the same room would only be $87 regularly, now I understand mark up but over %100 that is price gouging... do not go to this hotel in "peak season" it is not worth the money

Very clean hotel. Pool area is large and well-maintained. The free breakfast was marginal - but tasteless. A little overpriced - but it is clean. Smells good. Staff seemed to be friendly enough.

Moderately clean rooms...pool is nice and big for the kids but could be cleaner. Staff was overall friendly. Not sure if it is worth the price per night...breakfast had a lot of options, though.
