Comfort Inn Fontana

My family and I recently stayed here check in was quick and staff was friendly. Just a heads up there is a 150 dll deposit. Room was clean, bed and pillows were super comfy and there was also a mini fridge and microwave. They are under renovations but indoor pool and spa were open! Breakfast in the morning is a plus!

Our room was on the 1st floor, but a walk from the front desk. Your side doors shortened our walk. I walk with a cane. The beds were very comfortable and 4 pillows each. On our check-in day upstairs was a little noisy, but quiet to remainder of our stay. It was close to the wedding in Lytle Creek and the visit Sunday in Rancho Cucamonga. Easy access to I-15 and 210 and ultimately, I-10. Very enjoyable stay.

Have stayed here before and was great. This time was not informed pool area was being worked on. Could not get into workout room. Was given a full bed when asked for queen. Was told had to pay $25 more. Reserve said double room was a single room. When asked about this "I was told because I did booking through Booking.com. they could not help me. Shower was a handicap facility. Water pressure was so BAD! Reception was very rude and not friendly at all.

Positive: Location Negative: I booked a double room with 2 queen size beds and they were full not big enough. No chair in the room. Stains iin the carpet. Renovation going on in 3rd floor loud noise at 7 am. This should have been advertised while booking.

Nancy is a very bad manager and extremely rude. I contacted the hotel to ask about the price for a 15-night stay, which is a very normal and reasonable question, but instead of giving clear information, she responded with an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. A manager should be polite, helpful, and customer-focused, especially when dealing with long stay inquiries. This experience left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the way management treats potential guests.
