Comfort Inn Cranberry Twp.

My husband and I stayed too nice at this property. The room was clean and fairly quiet and a decent price for this stay. However, there was a very, very slow drain in the shower and by the end of my showers I was standing ankle deep in dirty water. (Didn't wash hair either due to this). Plug for coffee maker not working- had to move to nightstand. Breakfast not impressive. Bed was comfortable and room clean. But had to take short showers for fear of flooding the bathroom. Next time I'll spend a little more staying somewhere else.

Pleasantly surprised. Clean, well maintained, great location. Friendly and hardworking staff. Excellent breakfast area, food, and service from the hostess. Stayed here a lot 12-or-so years ago, and it's still as good or better. Best hotel in its class that I've stayed at in a long time. Good value for the money.

The hotel was conveniently located, had options for food and shopping close by. The area appeared to be safe. ||||Overall, I'd rate the cleanliness of the hotel a 6.5 The bedding, carpet, etc. was great, but the shower was a little dirty. Nothing extreme, just some dirt on the track of the shower door. Nothing that couldn't be resolved in just a few minutes by housekeeping staff.

Pictures with proof of one charge, there were a total of 6 unauthorized charges on my account per my bank, just for clarity. Charged $360 for service dogs!!!! I do not recommend any hotel that breaks the law. The woman also cornered my son coming out of the room and asked what kind of service dog he had and how big it was, he tried getting by her but she blocked the door, he was extremely uncomfortable. I informed them when checking in we had 4 service dogs with us and she said I need the registration card. I told her I did not have one, she said ok and authorized my card for $627, today a charge of $997 came through my card. I called and asked why and I was told because I had more than one dog. I stopped at the front desk and asked again and was told they were charging for my dogs. I sai

I had a wonderful experience at Comfort Inn Cranberry. The entire property was spotless — from the lobby to the rooms, everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job ensuring my room was always tidy and comfortable throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the level of guest service. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which offered a nice variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Every interaction made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Overall, Comfort Inn Cranberry exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.
