Comfortable, clean, friendly caring staff. The manager and men that staff the front desk are cordial, professional and quick to do a great job servicing the client. The breakfast is good, although they should add scrambled eggs and bacon to the weekly menu, and the young lady that provides breakfast service is a wonderful person who makes it “priority one” to make breakfast a great experience for every customer. Praises to her and don’t lose her, please.

The best point on location is that it is adjacent to the highway and about 750 ft at the end of the ramp. The challenge of this location is the highway noise. It's an easy trade off. There are a couple of local restaurants that deliver. We ordered soup and appetizers from the pizzeria. The food was delivered scorching hot and is reasonably priced.

Everyone was Great! Harsh was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cleaning ladies ( Glendy) was very kind and respectful and helpful in cleaning our rooms when needed. I was very happy with the my stay. It was clean. I enjoyed my stay. As well as my family. Especially during this time of need. We had great hospitality.

Positive: The staff is very nice and accommodating. There was a winter storm hitting when we were there for our second night. They managed the busy desk well and without panic. The bed was comfortable, the gym is decent, the breakfast was serviceable. Negative: My wife is Celiac. They had hardboiled eggs but only shelled. It would have been nice if they had them unshelled so that she felt safe eating them. They also did not have any caffeinated tea other than "Earl Grey". Lots of decaf options.

I was in room 212 and the water was cold in the shower but hot in the sink. I called the front desk and they sent up I thought was the maintenance man (African American tall man). He said I will tell the front desk. I asked him did he fix the problem and his response was " I AM NOT THE OWNER. " Which was very rude. My husband went downstairs and talked to the front desk. The front desk man offered us another room but at that time we declined because we was on our way to Broadway. The next day we moved into room 211 and the shower water was just a little warmer than 212. I'm not sure what's the problem with the shower water because this was my third stay. The water temperature has always been decent. When you pay your money especially at a hotel you except decent service and respectful empl
