Here for 10work from Texas, after reading reviews well from my experience it has been positive, ask from desk if I can see the room immediately no questions ask showed me and yes I stayed. I always sanitized and used my own termiticide to kill any insects, two days down one small dead roach😁no worries for the price yes big difference to La Quinta over 1k. Happy with my decision

I stayed here for work. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and had nice new remodeled flooring. They offered a complimentary breakfast. I really enjoyed myself. There were lots of cameras so I felt very safe and great parking.

Desk clerk tricked my mom into signing where is says no refunds.. he told her oh its just confirming your phone number, that ID was valid and form of payment, when she asked what he wanted her to sign since she didn't have her glasses. the room had bed bugs, bathroom was nasty, trash from previous customers still in it. 1 key opened EVERY door. as in the lady that checked in before them, her key card opened other doors including my moms. the lady they didnt know that booked a 5 day stay, said her room had bed bugs, food and other things on the walls... they were checked in long enough to make it upstairs and see the horrific rooms and leave. he declined giving my mom her $77 back. they know their place is nasty. just go to candlewood in eldarado. she was only in smackover for a 5k race.

Warning to all to stay away from this place, they are deceitful and scammy, no refunds whatsoever, the "good" reviews are all fake profiles. The room they booked for me was a total nightmare, and that's coming from someone with very low standards, when you walk in the building, immediately there's a pungent smell/aroma in the lobby, got greeted by the clerk coming out of their bed in the office, no shoes or nothing, gave a paper to sign but if you read it, it says no refunds, thats because they want you to pay before you're greeted by your room. When I walked through the halls, and upstairs the floors were heavily stained and dirty, the walls yellowing from smoke, and stained, white powder on the carpet alongside the walls (bug killer probably). They did significant renovation including floors & carpets in last few weeks which I really liked it. Cheapest weekly rates and good truck parking space. Very beautiful location too. Strongly recommend it.
