Colorado Springs KOA Holiday

First time staying at a KOA, not a bad cabin for the price. Lady at front desk was awesome. Showers were warm but bathroom stank like urine really bad. Rained all night woke up to dripping sounds. Floor was soaked and so was my clothes bag. Luckily I had my solar generator on the table... I marked the roof for them and let the desk guy know on my way out. Got a "oh sorry" and "thanks" "will have maintenance check it". I'll save my $53 and sleep in my jeep next time.

This is my first time staying at a KOA campground. Wow! The team of people at this facility were fantastic. Great events for kids, nice cafe, spacious sites for a KOA, hot tub was relaxing and plenty of space to walk the dogs. Only big issue was the road noise. It was loud until about midnight. Price was a bit high as well, but they offered a lot of amenities.

We went camping with the family in Oct! I normally try to name drop but do not remember the managers name, but she was amazing. They had so many activities for the kids. The other guests were friendly as well. I can't brag on this place enough. All of the staff was great, the sites were clean and grounds were well taken care of, and the kama kitchen was clean and awesome. We will definitely be back!

Got a cute clean cabin, choose a small one w/o a bathroom but it was close to bath house and laundry. Off season slightly cheeper the hot tub is still open and the scenery is beautiful.

The crew at this KOA work tirelessly to make our stay pleasant. AJ kept the bathrooms spotless (and that was a job with the large group of people who stay there). Everyone was so friendly and there are tons of activities for both young and old. I especially loved the two small waterfalls on the nearby river. We will plan on staying there again in the future.
