Colonial Motel

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: DONT STAY HERE if you want rattle snakes in your room!! Owner is not a nice lady AT ALL, very nosey, very unappealing and unapproachable, has a all black shady Mercedes too.. so you can see where the money goes… She DOES NOT change the bedding in rooms…just re uses… EVERYBODY shares a microwave? WEIRD. Also when you report a rattle snake in your room, she will do nothing about it All they are worried about is they money so save yourself the time and STAY AWAY

This place was incredible. I don't know why people have so much bad to say about the woman who runs the place....I stayed there over a year and never had any problems. I kept to myself and minded my business but did make a few friends there ofcourse and the woman who runs the place was never a problem....the people staying there are mostly through DSS who are full grown adults who need to realize it's not the motels job to cover your costs on towels and tp....it's one thing if your a paying guest but when DSS is paying for you to stay, be greatful you even have a bed to sleep in. I live in Virginia now where DSS doesn't put people in motels. It makes you really see how much people use ny dss. Not that I hadn't at my worst but I still made it a point not to continue using them. My point, do

Rooms are clean but God forbid DSS puts you there the woman who owns it starts more drama than a bunch of teenage girls. She went out of her way to attempt to cause trouble in my personal life! Her son is very kind and helpful. STAY AWAY!

Wish there's (-) 🌟... this is a 1 star motel with negative 5 star service/ management. The owner lady is horrible. She has absolutely NO manner what so ever. If you are looking for nightmares, book this place !
