Flop house. The cream of society don’t live here. On the plus side, it’s within walking distance to the City Club so you don’t have to worry about getting a DUI coming back home from the bar.
It's not motel or hotel. They are small rooms and u share bathrooms and small kitchen with everyone. The Peacock rooms more spacious and own bathroom
Bacic shelter Shared kitchen Not much heat tinny room 2 1/2 bath
Everybody keeps to themselves and Bill is a laid-back awesome maintenance guy
Sucks beyond belief.... Enuff said.. Most definitely avoid this crack shack lol
