Colonial Inn

Easy to communicate with. However, despite anticipating our arrival the driveways were not shoveled. We had to park and carry bags from a side street. The beds were not very comfortable. The posted wifi networks did not work show and you couldn't add the ones posted in the room. The coffee machine was nice but there was a used pod in it. There aren't too many options in the area this time of the year so we were thankful for the warm room.

It's a step back in time Motel and we loved it. Clean rooms, comfy beds, well stocked bathroom items. Would definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Owner was pleasant and check in over the phone was a breeze! Thank you Colonial Inn!

We enjoyed our stay here, On most of trips we try to stay in at least one privately owned Motel. The chains are predictable. This was a pleasant stay for a night, It was quiet and clean. the room was what I asked for and the reservation was very simple to make. Trust is a huge commodity and I would trust this motel again anytime. Sorry we didn't see more of you Ed. I enjoyed doing business with you. Steve Fowler

We found this little motel on our way to Letchworth State Park. We entered the office which had a phone number to call for service. The man who answered said he would arrive to check us in in about 1o minutes. He was true to his word and We were quickly checked into a nice king sized bed room. Everything was clean and our bed was very comfy. The satellite TV was a bit spotty for service, but the internet service was good. Nice area for you to sit outside. Nice little place to stay!

Super charming room. The grounds could use some maintenance. I presume this place is a small business, run by a couple. Be prepared to communicate by text, and if you arrive when the owner is not there, like we did after 5 o'clock, be prepared to give him credit card info over the phone. I'm glad I had cell phone service in an area that has spotty coverage. I should give 3 stars for the grounds and lack of staff upon arrival (he left our door unlocked and key on table), but the room was very comfortable and clean, and I grant compassion on a rural couple doing the best they can.
