College Inn

It's a bed to sleep in. The room I was in I stayed for a week. There was no where to hang any clothes. Or a dresser to put any in. Literally living out of a suit case on the small table they had in the room. The single room was small and if your closterphobic at all it may be a problem. The AC was loud but kept the room cool. However the heat on the unit didn't work so I was given a small space heater to use if needed. Luckily it wasn't needed. The weekly rate must of made it void of any house keeping as I had to go and request more toilet paper and clean towels when needed. Floor had soft spots in it. Walls had holes under the sink. Place just really needs a major overhaul. Especially for the prices. 80 a night or 350 a week.

Room is absolutely disgusting , smells horrible everything's out dated we found blood stains and mold on our bedding would not RECCOMEND place is being reported to healthdepartment

Didnt want to give money back. Toilet seat was off, no ac, tub was dirty, chair was ripped. fridge wasn't clean and didn't work, there was a bed sheet for a curtain and the glass was broken on the window. Didn't end up staying got money back and went to a different location.

I called a few weeks before my trip to reserve a room for my visit. I booked one with two twins and was told it would be $80, but it if I got a queen it'd be $70. The man I spoke with didn't for any information about me or for payment, so I asked if he how he'd keep my reservation. At that point, he asked for my name and phone number. I asked if he needed my credit card number, and he said, no. That seemed strange to me, but I went with it. ||||About five days before my trip I got a voice message from him saying that all the rooms were booked for the days of my trip and asked me to call back. ||||I called back and he still said they were all booked, but there were two rooms available with a single queen. Rooms are gross and need updated, the towels look like they have been torn off from bigger towels, the drain in the tub didn't drain, the floors were so damaged that they were coming up and we kept tripping on them, the manager was rude, way over priced. The room seriously smaller than a bathroom. The tv worked so that is a plus. Bed was harder than a rock and had burns in the comforter.
