Toilet filled to capacity no TP. Not clear what the problem is all other toilets on PTCT to this point , from Cedar Falls, were clean and had TP.
Wonderful campers & a clean vault toilet. Previous campers even alerted other incoming campers about a black bear visit the previous night.
Nice tent sites. Toilets. Small creek.
