Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Ord

A great experience. Had to stay due to holiday overcrowding at the in-laws' house. Had our dog as well. Breakfast was good (could use a better brand of coffee, but it wasn't the worst I have had). Plenty of room outside to walk the dog and paying a little more for him to be there was very reasonable! Beds were comfy. Room was clean and well maintained...as was the whole property. Overall, a great stay in a small town hotel!

Clean rooms, kind staff, comfy beds, pillows. Traveling with a child with medical equipment, having good outlets close to bed are an automatic win! Extra bonus for fluffy towels and great water pressure in shower

Hotel room was very clean and we appreciated the full sized kitchen. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was standard fare and okay. We traveled with a dog and appreciated that we were assigned a room at the end of the hallway and right next to the door that leads outside. There were lots of grassy areas for our dog to do his business, which we cleaned up at all times.

Positive: The manager that checked me in was great and the breakfast was tasty. Negative: No shampoo, shower gel or soap. At breakfast the staff hovered and gave us dirty looks when we went back for milk and yogurt. The alarm with no shut off button was set for 6am which is very frustrating! Load cowboys didn't help. Stiff sheets!

Nice clean rooms, great people centered staff. They could teach other hotel chains on “Hospitality Training”. The breakfast was excellent. We do want to give a shoutout to the exceptional coffee being served whether at breakfast time, or the complimentary coffee in the lobby.
