Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Monticello

I would have given rooms 5 stars but there seemed to be a malfunction with the heating unit. It ran continuously even when I had it on heat setting and 68 degrees. I actually got up in the night and shut it down as the room was too hot for my sleeping comfort. Otherwise it is a very nice, clean place to stay in Monticello.

Easy access and parked my car right outside the room window.|The room was clean and the beds were so very comfortable even though they were very high and a bit of a challenge to get in and out of. I would like to know the brand of the mattress if possible.|The shower was terrific and the soap and shampoo excellent.|We had a first floor room down the hall from the break room which had comfortable furniture and the food was fresh and good selections.|The room was quiet and the heating system worked well.

Positive: No complaints. Great room at a great price. Good breakfast. Great water pressure in the shower, too! Negative: I can't think of anything. We were impressed.

After a car accident we needed a room at 5 in the morning. The front desk attendant was very understanding and got us checked in as soon as she could. Because it was last minute, we couldn't get a room on the first floor, so we had to carry all of our luggage to the second floor. The only drawback of this hotel was that there isn't an elevator.

Nice little hotel for a small town. We have stayed here several times when visiting family. Clean and comfortable. No complaints.
