Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Forest City

First of all they would not take a reservation for my parents what hotel does not take reservations? Second of all when my parents vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run they said their cameras were not accessible. What good is having cameras if you can't protect your people who pay to stay there especially when they pay over $100 a night? That was one member of the staff he was really nice. The daytime ladies that work there are rude won't take reservations very snippy and do not have the attitude to be working at a front desk customer service position where they're dealing with the public. I highly recommend staying somewhere else but definitely not this place Not if you want some place that cares about their people.

We were visiting family for a celebration of life. The hotel was new and near where we needed to be. The room was clean. The beds could’ve been made a little better, but overall it fit our needs. It was rather unusual that there wasn’t a full-time front desk person. You need to use the phone that was on the desk to dial 0 to find a live person. We were glad it was a pet friendly place. They even had dog biscuits for our pup. Would definitely stay again when we get up that way.

Good location, very clean and comfortable room. Excellent continental breakfast. Only complaint is I had a question and called the desk about 9:30 pm and there was no answer after multiple tries and many rings. |Staff was very friendly.

We stay here for family gatherings in Forest City. We’ve been using this hotel for several years and are satisfied with the cleanliness, the breakfast options and the general niceness off the hotel employees.
