Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Pulaski

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and had an indoor pool. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. I was very impressed with Rico, who greeted me when we arrived, and he even called me after we’d checked out. He informed me that I’d left a phone charger behind. Fortunately the charger wasn’t something we had to return for and we decided not to retrieve it, as we were already about an hour out. But it was still very nice that Rico took the time to reach out and make me aware of the situation. The area to walk our dog was large and well kept. The breakfast area had plenty of options and the coffee was very good. The pool and pool area was very clean and great to use. We would definitely stay at the Cobblestone Hotel & Suites in Pulaski

Positive: Very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Negative: Hot tub or heated pool water would have been a plus - however it did not distract from the quality stay we enjoyed.

When you request a room cleaning, things are not refilled. I had to request kleenex and toilet paper after my room had been cleaned. The conditioner was also empty. Another person in our party had to request their room be cleaned two different times and things weren't refilled. The gravy one morning was thick as paste, and when told that sausages were out, the staff put frozen sausages out saying we'd have to way until they were heated up. 16.9oz soda was $4.

Stayed at this hotel many times. However, upon checking out, I always get coffee to go. But this time, at 8am, the coffee in the dinning room was ice cold along with the coffee in the lobby. Told the clerk about this. Also, the hotel no longer supply's individual creamers for coffee. I hate the fake creamers offered. So I had to go to Kwik Trip and paid to get hot coffee.

Very disappointed with my stay. The tap water and even the poolroom bubbler had a strong metallic taste and were basically undrinkable. When I asked the front desk if I could fill my bottle with the filtered water they provide at breakfast, I was told no. The only option offered was to purchase bottled water from the hotel.||I was also charged an unexpected deposit that I was never informed about when booking or paying, and no receipt was provided. Most of the charge had already cleared, yet I was still charged more than the amount I originally booked for. When I asked about the extra charge, the staff responded rudely, as if my question was inappropriate or offensive.||Not worth the trouble — save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else.
