Coast Tsawwassen Inn

We stayed one night and the experience was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful - delivered a kettle to us after I asked. A happy surprise was that it's a suite with a living room and a bed room! The sofa bed in the living is perfect as the second bedroom.The complementary breakfast was great - I strongly recommend the buns! I had three!

Very nice hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Location is very convenient. Parking is a little tight in the lot but manageable and very nice to not have to walk in rain or cold. Only improvement would be a better laundry service, maybe partner with a local company to offer something more than just dry cleaning. There is only of guest washer and dryer. A larger laundry room with more machines or a better laundry service (with fee of course) would be better.

My wife and daughter did a girls night for our daughters birthday celebration. The hotel was super accommodating and the staff were very kind and friendly! They said the rooms were modern and clean, only issue was the people above them banging and stomping till close to 1 Am but that's to be expected in hotels. The breakfast was fresh and had many options! As well the proximity to the mall and shops was perfect! We have already booked ourselves back in for our sons birthday in the new year!

The location was great for catching the Tsawwassen Ferry. The Breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly. That being said we had a concern with the overall cleanliness. Our room floor was dirty, there was hair in the shower, and the night stand was sticky. We definitely would not have stayed, but we had been traveling for 24 hours, arrived late and were leaving early to catch the ferry. The linens were clean so we decided to just sleep and go stayed.||My real concern was actually the lack of communication from management. When we checked out we shared our concern with the desk staff who assured us that someone would contact us. When I got the survey after check out, I shared the same concerns, and then I emailed the hotel manager and shared the concerns. ||NO ONE EVER CONTACTE
