Walking distance to everything, great rooms, top notch room service, and prices that are basically free. These people don't know they are giving it away, probably because it's disguised as a run-down place on the outside. I hope they stop the renovation before they reach the outside if that's the case

Stayed here many years ago when we were having financial difficulties, I can say the rooms were extremely large and there's a very nice river/patch of forest behind the building and that provided a lot of peice and sanctuary to me during that hard time. Staying her was certainly not a highlight of my life, but it was cheap, kept me warm, and provided everything I needed.

Best value in the Keene area. Really warm and welcoming greeting from the owner/manager. The rooms are true 60s throw-backs, but my room was clean, the hot water WAS working, and I didn't need to watch tv, that's why I have my laptop and unlimited data roaming. Yes, there were a couple of hookers staying there, but they were harmless enough, polite, and gave me a discount to pay only 1 Jackson for what would normally cost 2.

It's a slum lord type apartments, no longer guest hospitality. The property is owned by Adventure limousine, as their office is downstairs. Some of the residents actually work for adventure limousine. The property is a mess and not up to living standards. Don't look here for a place to stay, there are real hotels and motels within Keene.
