Clearlight Inn

This is a wonderful little gem. Larry and his wife built this and did an amazing job. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. There is even large rig parking out back. So thankful we found this little piece of paradise. It is nice to find a place where they care about their customers and their business.

We stay here when visiting friends in hermitage . It's an older hotel but kept up nicely . The hall carpet could use updating however. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The TV channels are more robust than most larger chains . There isn't any coffee in the room but there is a coffee pot in the lobby with not much else . They don't have a breakfast buffet but for the low price Im good with that . Parking is abundant as this place caters to fisherman for the nearby lake . The toilet is the lowest stool ever . They do have small fridges in the room . There are a couple restaurants across the road ( kind of). One is good the other a Tex Mex one sucks imo . A convenience store is also across the road . So I've been traveling to MO for 30 plus years since moving to TX. I always stayed with family until my mom passed very recently and I started looking for a motel. I found a hidden gem! This is a little quaint cozy place! It had everything we needed, the lobby is very nice, they allowed my family members to come hang out. They have comfortable seating too too. The rooms were perfect and very accommodating. I totally recommend this place it was awesome and quiet too tooI especially want to mention Heidi who was so very nice and helpful! If I'm ever back in this area this will be my # 1 choice! Thank you! I also loved the wooden staircase!

Nice hotel close to the lake and boat ramp. Very clean room and the staff was very friendly. Good food down the street at the Crappie Hole and Pomme de Ritas. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoy the hotel . Rooms are spacious and clean .There are not any coffee machines or micro waves in the rooms . They do have coffee in the lobby but I don’t use it as there is no cream . There is a nice kitchen you can use with a stove and microwave. Prices of the rooms are fair and they give a military discount. No pets allowed but service dogs are acceptable. Parking is spacious but this place is used by fishermen and they take up lots of space. And because this is a fishing destination the rooms fill quick on weekends and tournaments. There is convenience store and a restaurant across the road .
