Clarion Pointe - Dillard near Blue Ridge Mountain GA

The beds were extremely soft making it uncomfortable for us. At the time the reservation was made, I was told a couch was in the room. There is a couch in the pictures of the room reserved online. At check-in I was told there was no couch and the website was wrong. We changed to a 2 queen bed room. There was a very large empty corner of the room that a small table and chair or 2 small chairs would fit in. The only place to sit was in a desk chair. The room did not have a coffee maker and the lobby coffee in the thermos was horrible and cold. This reservation was specifically made due to the indoor pool. We were disappointed when we found out at check-in that it was closed. No compensation was given. The breakfast options were mediocre. No fruit was available. The only eggs available were

I recently stayed at the Clarion Pointe near Dillard, GA, and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. It was rainy during my visit, but the surroundings looked beautiful and peaceful, adding to the overall charm of the stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. Overpriced compared to other chains including Hilton. Dark and dingy hallways. Dirty room that had air freshener hanging from the thermostat and the bed. Moldy shower curtain. Dead bugs in light fixtures. Filthy exhaust fan. Pealing paint in bathroom. Very dark in room with no overhead lights. Didn't eat breakfast because it look horrible and reheated multiple times. Risked drinking the coffee. Took one drink and dumped it out. Requested clean shower curtain and a light bulb replacement. Manager did bring it to my room. Let him know if all the problems. His answer was he'd been there a month and maintenance guy is coming next week from Atlanta. I would think showing him dead bugs in light fixture would be something a manager would want to address instead of waiting for maintenance. I sugge

listen…. if you don’t have coffee in the room, ok fine!! But you apart of choice… coffee in the lobby for your guests should be available! now let’s talk about their “Hot” breakfast…. boiled eggs in the shell!! lazy and cheap!! stale stale bread, and bagels! god! come on… i’m not saying make a damn 10 course meal.. but it’s january, cold, maybe some of those wet scrambled eggs and the dang sausage patties would have been nice! and fresh bread!! no towels on room… hair in my bathtub…. meant of other hotels around—-go there!!
