Clarion Inn Branson

Hotel had a great location about in the middle of the strip, was decent for its age & nothing fancy but we don’t need fancy. Our bed was comfortable, it was quiet, the in room jacuzzi was great, the bathroom was a decent size. Indoor hot tub was just warm & they said they have been having issues with it. The pool was freezing but we didn’t need it. It was odd there was no furniture to sit on in the room besides the bed but our fault for not asking for something. Free breakfast was basic with cold cereal, oatmeal packets, breads, waffle & pancake maker. Hot breakfast buffet in the bar was real good. Fruit, muffins, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, egg bake, hash browns, bacon & sausage. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed breakfast at the buffet for three mornings. Especially appreciated our server Kayla. She had a gracious attitude, was attentive and helpful. She made a great impression. The food was tasty and the omelette a treat. We’ve noticed the improvements made in the rooms, the landscaping etc… what has been a lovely hotel with great “bones” has been refurbished nicely. We love staying there.

Miss Maria was so amazing with myself and best friend from the time of checking in to the time we checked out! She provided exemplary knowledge of the tourist attractions and provided detailed directions. Her professional demeanor each time we encounter her was truly amazing. When we were unable to pick up our tickets from a presentation; she provided us with tickets to an event I truly had hoped to experience free of charge. She made our girls trip more amazing than we could have hoped for. I even believe she brought the great weather we got to experience!!! :) A thank you and a review seem like such a small way to say thank you ... but, THANK YOU, MARIA!!! Enjoyed our experience. Upgraded our room which included a jacuzzi. I don’t think they can do anything to make their breakfast buffet better. Great variety and plenty there. Most affordable for the value. In Branson they have a mystery dinner show on the premises. That was fun. Service was fantastic. Staff very friendly. Our server, Kayla, always had a smile and meet our every need.

We brought my dad to Branson for his 75th birthday. The Clarion hotel was top notch in our book!! After my sister booking it & having trouble with Booking.com canceling our rooms, she called the Clarion directly & spoke with the desk manager, Maria & the GM, Jeremiah. They were so gracious to get us 2 more rooms, connecting & with balconies & breakfast vouchers!! We loved our stay, especially the hot breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes! The staff was wonderful & so polite. When we thought we lost one of our vouchers, Kayla stepped right in & spoke to her manager, Tim to fix it for us!! Between Mariah, Jeremiah, Kayla, Tim & Gueslle we had a fabulous time!! We will be back for sure!!! Julie
